We are always happy to receive parental communication so that we can support you and your child or deal with any concern or query that you may have. This communication can take the form of a telephone call or email. However, please be aware that teachers have daily lessons, and as such, may not always be able to take phone calls immediately. Staff endeavour to respond to all phone calls within a 48 working hour window. Equally, with the delivery of lessons and professional commitments, please understand that staff will reply to emails within a 48 working hour window. If you would like to arrange an appointment with a member of staff, please contact the school and this can be arranged. However, it is very difficult to facilitate parents when they turn up at reception requesting an appointment immediately, as the members of staff may not have availability immediately.
If you would like to raise a safeguarding concern, please do not hesitate to contact the office and make it clear that it is a safeguarding concern. Safeguarding concerns are our first priority and will always be dealt with immediately.
