Dear parent / carer I would like to thank all families and colleagues during these difficult days. Our Catholic school community is a very special community indeed. I would like to thank all of you for your understanding and concern for others over the last few weeks-this is testament to our wonderful learners and their families. We are a community built on love, joy and faith. At this time, it is so important to draw upon love and faith in our lives.
Thank you for your patience as we make arrangements for setting work for the majority of our learners who will be working at home. Overnight, the Government has produced further guidance regarding the closure of educational settings, including additional detail regarding the professions classed as ‘critical workers’.
From Monday 23rd of March the School will be shut except for the children of Key Workers and Vulnerable Children. NB for Key Workers children; the form send to all parents must have been completed and returned to the school by 2pm today.
Thank you to all of you who have completed the form indicating which of our students are eligible for attending school from next Monday. If you have not yet done so, please use the link below, preferably by 2pm this afternoon to allow us to put into place plans for Monday.
Good Lord, set me to be a strong and mighty pillar
For your true Church.
I pray for all Christians and people of faith around the world
Who face persecution and discrimination.
Help me each and every day Lord to have an open
heart for people less fortunate than me and to be thankful for everything I have.
St John Fisher, pray for us
