Father Hudson’s Care

Support for young people, parents and families

We are Father Hudson’s Care Family Support Workers.  We offer support for young people and their families with any worries and difficulties they may be experiencing. We will work with you to create positive changes and make life feel more manageable.

We are happy for parents to pop in or to book an appointment through the Office, or use the contact details below or alternatively if the young person  would like to refer themselves then pop along to see Zena or Jane in the Welfare room (situated on the lower floor near to the computer room), or speak to Mrs Hulme.

Contact details

Zena: 07823526789, email
Zena is at school on a Monday, Thursday and Friday

Jane on 07912480891 and at school on a Wednesday.

We will work around your needs, so if you are not able to get into school during the day, we can arrange to visit you in your home at a time that’s convenient to you and your family.
A member of staff would complete a referral so that you can gain support promptly.
There are lots of areas that support can be provided with. For example:

  • Family relationships, health and well-being, financial hardship, bereavement, housing matters or a referral to specialist services
  • Behaviour at home or school
  • Attendance or lateness
  • Individual work with the young person on self-esteem, confidence, parental separation, anger management, friendships, social networks, bereavement and problem solving.

Whatever issue, concern or problem you may have it is never too small or too big.
If you are unsure as to whether we can help you or your family then please just ask as there may be something I can do, or just pick up a Family Support leaflet from the Office.
